
Vegetarian Heart of Palm Empanadas with JEGO | Spalmghetti
INGREDIENTS
💚 1 can JEGO | Spalmghetti
💚 ½ Onion, chopped
💚 2 Sweet peppers diced
💚 1 Tsp Garlic, chopped
💚 ½ Leak, chopped
💚 Olive oil
💚 Salt and pepper
💚 10 disks Empanada doughÂ
💚 1 Egg
💚 Water
NOTES
1. Open and drain a can of JEGO | Spalmghetti, and chopped the noodles, for an easier bite,
2. Cook the chopped onion, the sweet peppers, the garlic and
leaks all together, on olive oil in a medium heat pan. Then add the chopped Spalmghetti to the mix,
3. Grab an empanada dough disk and place the heart of palm "sofrito" right at the middle,
4. Fold the disk at the middle, tap the border with a fork so it wont spread out. Pour som beaten egg on top before bake them,
5. Bake for 18 min until golden brown at 375C,
