Chicken palmsticcio
INGREDIENTS

- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Onion 1/2 cup chopped
- Garlic 1 clove minced
- Chicken breast shredded 1 cup
- Table cream 1/2 cup
- Salt and pepper
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Spinach 7 cups
- Onion powder 1/4 tsp
- Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
- Lime juice 1 tbsp
- Ricotta cheese 2 cups
- Eggs 2
- Salt and pepper
- Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
- Italian herbs (garnish)
Notes:
Saute onion, garlic and chicken and combine with table cream and set aside.
Stir fry spinach in butter, add onion an garlic powder and set aside; combine with lime juice and salt.
Combine Ricotta with eggs and condiments.
Assemble The palmsticcio and bake at 400F degrees for 30 min.
Garnish with Italian mix herbs.
