Creamy Artichoke Spalmghetti Recipe
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Mint
- 2 Tbsp Parsley
- 1 Can Jego Spalmghetti
- 2 Sanniti Artichokes
- 4-6 Tbsp Olive oil
- ½ Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Romano Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
Start by washing and chopping the fresh mint leaves and parsley. Open and drain the spalmghetti so its ready to use at a later stage. Chop the artichokes.
On a skillet add the olive oil and fry the garlic cloves until the oil is fragrant. Remove the garlic. Add the artichokes and fry, this will bring out the flavors even more. Add the juice of half a lemon. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from the stove and add the fresh herbs. Blend the mixture and add it to the spalmghetti. Add the cheeses and some more water as needed.
