Gluten-Free Heart of Palm Pappardelle with Chorizo Pasta
- 1 can Jego | Palmsticcio Lasagna Sheets
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 links Chorizo, sliced
- 1/4 Onion, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 1/4 Bell pepper green, chopped
- 1/4 tbsp Pepperoncini, chopped
- 1/4 tbsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Open, drain and wash Palmsticcio lasagna sheets. Cut sheets lengthwise right at the middle. Set aside.
Prepare a pan, sautee the garlic, onions, peppers, and pepperoncini in olive oil at medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and chorizo to the pan, cook for 10 more minutes.
Finally insert the Palmsticcio sheets to the red tomato-chorizo mix, and let it rest. Serve and sprinkle parsley and parmesan cheese on top.
