
Keto Recipe Tuna antipasto
INGREDIENTS

- Carrot 1 medium
- Celery root 150g.
- Onion 75g.
- Green onion 3 strings
- Leek 60g.
- Celery 25g.
- Green olives 10
- Parsley 2 tbsp
- Cilantro 2 tbsp
- Jego Tuna 3 cans
- Garlic powder ¼ tsp
- Onion powder ¼ tsp.
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil 5 tbsp
- Ketchup non sugar added ¾ cup
INSTRUCCIONES
Bring to boil carrots for 10 minutes and celery root for 5 minutes.
Mix all the vegetables, Jego tuna, and condiments.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
Later turn up the temperature to 460 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 more minutes.
Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve with crackers!
