Lemon Cheesecake With Guava Shells


  • 1 can Guava Shells
  • 1 cup graham crackers or Maria crushed
  • 200 gr cream cheese
  • 150 gr condensed milk
  • ½ cup lemon juice


You open the can and drain it from the syrup. Dice the Guava Shells and reserves. In a container, whisk the cream cheese, condensed milk and lemon juice.
In a glass, layer the crushed cookies, the cream cheese and the guava shells in squares. Finish off with minced Guava Shells and cookies.
Chill them and ready to eat.
