Palmsticcio with chicken parmigiana
- 1 Can Palmsticcio
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- Salt and peppers
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 tsp canola oil
- ½ onion finely chopped
- 3 tsp garlic minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil chopped
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
In a pan you put the oil to heat. Marinate the breasts with salt, pepper and garlic.
Put the chicken breasts to brown in a pan and reserve.
Then in that same pan you put the onion and garlic to cook, when they are re-drowned you add the heavy cream and when it boils you add the Parmesan cheese, you hope it thickens. You add the chopped basil leaves
In a container for lasagna you make the layers of Palmsticcio, parmesan cream, chicken, mozzarella cheese and repeat two layers. Finish with Palmsticcio, parmesan cream and mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 40 min at 350F until golden brown
