Spiced Tropical fruits and rum cocktail

INGREDIENTS  
  • Tropical fruit mix 1 can
  • Homey 1/4 cup
  • Juice of a freshly orange squeezed 1
  • star anise 1
  • allspice 3
  • cloves 3
  • cinnamon sticks 2
  • Gold rum 1 1/2 oz
  • Apple cider 1/2 oz
  • lime juice 1 tbsp
  • Ice 
  • Garnish
  • Orange slice
  • Cherries maraschine 

     

    Notes:

    Cook Tropical Fruit Mix with syrup, honey and spices over medium heat for 30 min, or until thick, and refrigerate.
    Serve 2 tbsp of tropical fruits spiced in a cup, add Gold rum, apple cider, lime juice, and complete with ice and mix well.
     Garnish with orange, and maraschino cherries and cheers!
