Tuna Palmsticcio with Tuna in Olive oil

  • JEGO Palmsticcio Sheets 2 Cans
  • JEGO Canned Tuna in Olive Oil 3 Cans
  • Garlic Powder ¼ tsp
  • Onion Powder ¼ tsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Canned Mushroom Cream 3 cups
  • Canned Corn 3 cups
  • Mozzarella Cheese 8 ounces
  • Chive for Garnish.


Open the Palmsticcio cans, drain the liquid it comes with. Rinse with a little water and let it drain.
Mix the tuna with garlic and onion powder, and adjust flavors with salt and pepper.
Now, in an oven-safe tray, put a first layer of your preferred canned mushroom cream, then make a layer with the Palmsticcio sheets.
Next, spread a layer of tuna, one of corn, and one of cheese. Repeat again, with palmstice, tuna, corn, and cheese.
Finish by making the topping with Palmsticcio sheets, mushroom cream, corn, and cheese.
Bake at 400F for 30 minutes and when ready let it rest for at least 10 minutes. Finally, garnish with a little chopped scallion and service
