Vegan Ceviche with Spalmghetti

INGREDIENTS   
  •  1 can Spalmghetti
  •  ¼ cup red onion julienne
  •  ½ cup edamame
  •  ½ cup sweet peppers julienne
  •  ¼ cup cilantro
  •  Lemon juice (2 lemons)
  •  Salt and pepper
  •  ½ avocado diced
  •  Chili oil
INSTRUCTIONS

In a container put all the ingredients and mix. Lastly, place the avocado, oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
