Easy and delicious Guava Cake with Guava Shells

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 can JEGO | Guava Shells 
    • 2 1/2 cups SELF-RISING Flour
    • 3 Eggs
    • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
    • 1 1/4 Cup Water
    • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder

NOTES

1. First, strain the Jego Guava can and reserve.

2.In a large bowl mix the liquid ingredients, gradually add the SELF-RISING flour.

3.In an ovenproof dish, add the guava halves and then add the cake mix.

4. Bake for 45-50 min at 350F and 

ENJOY!
