Guava Shells bow-ties
1 can GUAVA SHELL (chopped into strips)
150 gr flour
3 tsp cream cheese
A little bit of water
Preheat the oven to 350F
In a bowl, place the flour, the butter at room temperature and the cream cheese. Mix them with your hands and add a splash of water, until the ingredients are well united and come off your hands. If it is very soft, put it in the fridge for 10 min.
Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and with the help of a rolling pin, flatten it so that you can cut it into squares. Place the guava shell in the center and wrap the guava shell strips with the corners of the square.
Take them to the oven on a tray for 25 minutes and when they are cold, sprinkle them with the powdered sugar.
