Palmsticcio with salmon and spinach
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can Palmsticcio
- 2 salmon fillets
- ½ cup onion diced
- 1 tsp garlic diced
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tsp butter
- ½ cup white wine
- 1 cup mozzarella
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
In a pan you put the butter to heat. Put the salmon, when it starts to cook you add the onion, garlic, spinach and cream.
You wait for the salmon to cook well and break it with a fork and mix everything.
Layer palmsticcio, mix salmon and spinach chesses and finish with chesses on top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350F
