Guava Shells Cake
- 1 can Guava Shells
- 4 eggs
- 150 gm butter room temperature
- 200 gm sugar
- 300 gm all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup milk or syrup Guava Shells
Preheat oven to 350F. Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy, add the eggs 1 by one so that they are well incorporated. Add the vanilla.
Then in a bowl mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and baking soda) and add it little by little to the previous mixture and you add the syrup little by little.
Then you cut the guava shells into strips and add it to the cake mix. You put it to bake for 45 minutes or until clean the stick Enjoy!!
