Spalmghetti cream
INGREDIENTS

- 1 can Spalmghetti
- 5 tsp butter
- ½ onion chopped
- ½ leaks chopper
- 1 can vegetable broth (or chicken broth)
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ¼ tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- Sal and pepper
- Chives chopper
- Parmesan (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Open the Spalmghetti and save the liquid. In the large pan, heat the butter over medium heat. Add onion leak and nutmeg. Stirring occasionally until soft for 5 minutes. Add the Spalmghetti, cook 5 minutes more and add the vegetable broth and the last a heavy cream.
Cook for 10 more minutes and blend in a processor. Add the chives and Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!!🧡
