Guava Shells & cream cheese pastry


  •       1 can Guava Shells
  •       Cream cheese
  •       Sugar
  •       1 egg yellow with 1 tsp water
  •       Puff pastry sheets




Twan pastry sheet at room temperature 40 minutes until easy handle. Heat oven to 400F.
Unfold pastry sheet on lightly floured surface. Cut the sheet into squares and place a tablespoon of cream cheese on one of the squares or cover it with a GUAVA Shell, cover with another square of pastry sheet and glue the edges with a little water.
With a brush, apply a thin layer of egg yellow with water and then add a shower of sugar.
Place it on a baking tray and put it in until golden brown, about 20 min, waiting for it not to burn.
Enjoy it warm!
