Simple Spring Roll with Spalmguetti

Ingredients 👨🏼‍🍳

✅ 1can Spalmghetti
✅ 2 carrots diced thinly
✅ 2 chives branches diced
✅ 1 tsp ginger fresh diced
✅ 3 Imitation Crab, Leg Style diced
✅ 1package of 8” Square Spring roll wrappers
✅ 2 tsp Sesame oil
✅ Canola oil for frying
✅ Lettuce
✅ Hoisin sauce and Sweet and Source sauce

Instructions 🔪

In a pan, heat a splash of canola oil and 2 tsp of sesame oil, add the carrot, chives, ginger, crab and Spalmgheti. Put it to cook 10 min and reserves until it cools

Lay out the spring roll wrapper, brush cornstarch slurry around the edges to moisten and add about 2 tablespoons of filling in a long rectangle shape, folding in from the sides and rolling the wrappers closed tightly.

You heat a pan with the canola oil and fry the spring rolls until golden brown. You serve them on lettuce and the two dipping sauces 😋
