Guava Shells Pie
- 200 gr flour
- 100 gr butter
- 70 gr sugar
- 1 pitch salt
- 1 egg
- 1 can GUAVA SHELLS
By hand, you place the flour, the cold butter, diced, the sugar, the salt and shapes without sandblasting with the tips of your fingers. Then you add the egg without touching it much and form a ball of dough.
Leave it in the fridge for 30 min.
In a pot you heat the guava shells a little without the syrup and crush it.
On a pie tray, spread the dough and add the guava shells.
Bake at 350F for 25 min or until golden brown.
