Easy Salad Fresh with Heart of Palm and Spalmghetti
Ingredients:
- 1 Can Jego Spalmghetti, drained
- 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Cup Arugula, washed
- 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Sanniti Capers
Recipe:
Open the Jego Spalmghetti can and drain. In a medium bowl put together all ingredients, starting with Spalmghetti noodles, then arugula, cherry tomatoes in half, feta cheese and capers.
Mix well until incorporated and serve.
Add the balsamic vinegar as a dressing and enjoy!
