
JEGO TUNA-STUFFED AREPA! Easy, Creamy & Delicious
INGREDIENTS
📝 You’ll need:
- 3 cans of Jego® Solid Tuna in Sunflower Oil (5oz each)
- 2 ripe avocados
- ÂĽ cup fresh cilantro
- Arepas + butter (as much as you want)
For the sauce:
- ½ cup mayo
- ÂĽ cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste
INTRUCTIONS
- Mix the mayo with onion, lemon juice, salt, garlic & onion powder. Taste and adjust.
- Drain the tuna well and mix it with the sauce in a large bowl.
- Add one avocado, chopped and slightly mashed with a fork.
- Add the second avocado in big chunks + the cilantro. Stir gently so it stays chunky.
- Slice open your hot arepas, spread some butter inside, and fill them up with the tuna mix.
