
Tuna Appetizer in Olive Oil: Quick and Delicious Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cans of Jego Olive Oil Tuna
For the vinaigrette:
- 1 Lemon π
- 6 tbsp White Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 clove of minced Garlic
- Salt to taste
- 60g Onion
- 45g Red Bell Pepper
- 45g Green Bell Pepper
- 45g Yellow Bell Pepper
- 45g Orange Bell Pepper
- 1 tbsp Capers
- 1/4 cup Parsley
INTRUCTIONS
1. Mix all the vinaigrette ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
2. In a large jar or bowl, combine the thinly sliced vegetables and the two cans of undrained tuna in olive oil.
3. Pour the vinaigrette over the tuna and vegetables, mix well to combine.
Serve and enjoy π as a delicious antipasto dish.
