Little Basket With Guava Shell And Cream Cheese
- Can GUAVA SHELLS
- 150gr cream cheese
- FOR THE BASKET:
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons monk fruit or sweetener of your choice
- A splash of water
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add the water slowly until they come together.
In some silicone molds, add the mixture with your fingers and bake it at 350 F for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Beat cream cheese with fork until softened.
Place it in a piping bag.
The guava hulls, you chop it into squares.
When the baskets are golden brown, let them cool, put the cream cheese on them with the sleeve and cover them with the minced guava shell.
