Keto Recipe Stuffed Bell Peppers
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Heavy whipping cream 2/3 cups
- Vermont sharp cheddar 4 ounces
- Dijon mustard 2 tsp
- Jego Spalmghetti 1 can
- Yellow pepper 1 medium
- Red pepper 1 medium
- Olive oil 1 tsp
- White pepper 1/4 tsp
- Sharp cheddar shredded 2 tbsp.
Place seasoned peppers in a baking pan with 1/3 cup of water at 400F for 15 minutes.
Fill peppers with spalmghetti and bake at 400F for 20 minutes more.
