Palmsticcio Keto Fried Lasagna

INGREDIENTS  
  • 150gr Chorizo Sausages
  • 100gr Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 Can Jego Palmsticcio
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • ¾ Cup Ricotta Cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to Taste
  • One egg
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop the sausages into fine pieces and fry them with one tablespoon of coconut oil. On a separate bowl mix together the chorizo, the mozzarella cheese, the parmesan cheese and the ricotta cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Grab one sheet of palmsticcio and add some of the filling so you can wrap it with the palmsticcio. Prepare your breading station by scrambling one egg and preparing one cup of almond flour for covering. Once breaded, air fry these at 375F for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve on their own or on top of marinara sauce.
