Easy Keto Shrimp Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS  
2 Servings 👥
  • 1 can Jego Spalmghetti noodles, drained
  • 1/2 medium cucumber 1/2, sliced
  • 1/4 medium red onion, sliced
  • 2 strings Green Onion, sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli, boiled
  • 24 Shrimps, boiled
  • Dill
  • Black sesame seeds

Pink Sauce:
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise 
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice 
  • 1/2 Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 Cayenne pepper 
  • Salt
  • Pepper


INSTRUCTION

       Boil and cut all ingredients. Prepare the pink sauce by mixing all the ingredients, and set aside. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, starting with the Heart of palm noodles, and all the other vegetables. Add shrimps, top with dill and sesame seeds.

Don't forget to swirl a little bit of pink sauce, enjoy!
