Mexican lasagna 🇲🇽
INGREDIENTSÂ Â
Mexican ground beef:
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Onion 1/2 cup
- garlic 1 tsp
- Ground beef 13 oz
- beef stock 1/2 cup
- Tomato pure3/4 cup
- Cumin 1/4 tsp.
- Chili powder 1/4 tsp
- cilantro 1/4 cup.

INSTRUCTIONS
Palmsticcio sheets 2 cans
- Ricotta cheese 1 1/4 cup
- Sour cream 1 1/4 cup
- onion powder 1/4 tsp
Cheddar cheese 2 cups
- Pico de Gallo.
- Saute onion and garlic until brown. Add ground beef and let it cook.
- Add Tomato puree and stock, cook it medium-low for 12 minutes.
- Add cumin, chili powder, cilantro, and salt.
 White sauce:
- Mix ricotta, sour cream, onion powder, and salt and set aside.
Assemble the palmsticcio:
- Spread some white sauce in the tray base.
- Place one layer of Palmsticcio sheets.
- Add a layer of Mexican ground beef.
- Add a white sauce layer.
- Add a cheddar cheese layer.
Repeat the process one more time.
- Bake for 30 min at 400F degrees.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Serve with pico de gallo topping and enjoy!
