Shrimp lasagna


  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Shrimps Large size 32 units
  • onion 1/4 cup
  • green onion 1/4 cup
  • cream cheese 4 tbsp
  • ricotta 6 tbsp
  • heavy whipping cream 1/4 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup
  • Cook shrimp 1 min per side.



Saute veggies until brown, add cream cheese, ricotta, and heavy whipping cream, mix it well and cook for 3 minutes.
Combine sauce and shrimps.
Assemble the palmsticcio: Spread a little amount of sauce in the ramekin, put a layer of Palmsticcio sheets.
Add a layer of shrimp and sauce.
Add a layer of mozzarella, and repeat the process one more time.
For the topping, place palmsticcio sheets, sauce, raw shrimps, and mozzarella layer.
Bake at 400F for 30 minutes, let it rest 5 to 10 minutes.
