Sweet Corn GF Creamy Noodles with Spalmghetti
- 1 can JEGO | Spalmghetti, Heart of Palm Vegetable Noodles
- 1 1/2 can Sweet Corn
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- 3 tbsp cup Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Leek
1. Mix 1 cup of sweet corn with coconut milk all together for couple minutes until the texture turns creamy.
2. Sauté the leeks and 1/2 cup of sweet corn until brown,
3. Add the Heart of Palm Noodles (Spalmghetti), and sauté for 2 minutes,
4. Pour the corn and coconut cream, add salt, and pepper. Mix it, and enjoy!
