
Creamy Sweet Corn Spalmghetti
INGREDIENTS
- Sweet Corn 1+ 1/2
- CupCoconut
- Milk 1/2
- Cup Olive oil 3 Tbsp
- Leek 1/2 cup
- Spalmghetti 1 can
INSTRUCTIONS
Process 1 cup of sweet corn with coconut milk (reserve 1/2 cup sweet corn) Saute leek and 1/2 cup of sweet corn until brown, add Spalmghetti, and saute for 2 minutes. Add corn and coconut cream, salt, and pepper, mix it, and enjoy!
