Seafood marinara spalmghetti


  • Olive oil 3 tbsp.
  • Clams 2 units
  • Calamari 2 units (cut in rings)
  • Shrimps 20 units
  • Scallops  2 units  
  • Onion 1/3 cup
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Green pepper 1/4 cup
  • Red pepper 1/4 cup
  • Tomato 1/2 cup
  • Tomato paste 1 tbsp.
  • Seafood stock 1/2 cup
  • Salt 
  • Spalmghetti  Jego 1 can
  • Cilantro 2 tbsp.


Stir fry clams until shells open. 
In the same pan saute calamari for 3 minutes and set aside. 
Saute shrimps for 1 minute for each side, and set aside.
Saute Scallops for 3 minutes for each side and set them aside.
In the same pan, saute in olive oil, all the veggies, and tomato paste, then add stock and reduce. 
Adjust salt.  
 Mix sauce and seafood and cook 3 minutes more.
Rinse and drain  Spalmghetti and Stir fry for 1 minute.
Combine Sauce and spalmghetti, plating with a cilantro topping, and enjoy!
