Pork chops in guava sauce
INGREDIENTS
- Butter 2 Tbsp
- Pork chops fully cooked 4
- Onion chopped 1 cup
- Garlic 1 Tsp
- Guava Shells with syrup1 can
- Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp
- Orange juice 1/2 cup
- Stock 1/2 cup
- Ketchup 2 Tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
In a saucepan at high temperature add butter, and stir fry pork chops until turn golden and set aside.
Add Onion, garlic, blended guava shells with syrup, Worcestershire sauce, orange juice, stock, and ketchup.
Put back pork chops and cook medium-low 8 minutes.
Enjoy with veggies and rice!
