Ham and cheese palmsticcio

  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Leek 3/4 cup
  • Ham chopped 1 pound
  • Cream cheese 6 tbsp
  • Ricotta cheese 2 cups
  • Onion Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Blend Shredded Cheese 2  1/2cup
  • Tomato 1 chopped
  • Swiss cheese 8 slices
  • Salt and pepper 
  • Parsley 3 tbsp
  • Jego Palmsticcio 2 cans

 

Saute onion, and leek, and ham until brown.

Stir in ricotta, and cream cheese, onion powder, salt, mix well, and set aside.

 

  Assemble the palmsticcio:  

Spread some sauce in the tray base.

Place one layer of Palmsticcio sheets.

Add a layer of creamy ham sauce.

A sprinkle of tomato chopped.

Add a blend cheese layer. 

 

Repeat the process one more time. 

Topping with a little bit of creamy ham sauce and swiss cheese

 

Bake for 30 min at 400F degrees. 

Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Top with parsley and enjoy!
