Short rib Noodle soup

INGREDIENTS  

4 servings

  •  Short ribs1.5 pounds
  • Sesame oil 1 Tbsp
  • Garlic Chopped 3 cloves
  • Onion 1 chopped  
  • Green onion 3 medium chopped
  • Ginger 1 tsp grated
  • Tomato 1 chopped
  • Tomato paste 1/2 tbsp
  • Red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp
  • Mirin 1/3 cup 
  • (you can substitute for:
  • White wine 1/3 cup
  • and erythritol 2 tbsp)
  • Soy sauce 1/2 cup
  • beef broth 6 cups
  • Eggs 4
  • Mirin 1/3 cup
  • Erythritol Brown
  • soy sauce 1/3
  • water 1-1/2 cups   
  • Jego spalmghetti 2 cans

 Toppings:

  • Green onion
  • Carrot
  • Spinach leaves

 Notes:

  •  Leave the eggs marinating the night before.
  • If you want fewer carbohydrates, use white wine and erythritol instead of Mirin.
  • Set the instant pot in manual high-pressure function for 40 min and let release the pressure naturally.

Serve with toppings including the eggs and enjoy!
