Spalmghetti with Pesto
- can Spalmghetti
- 2 cups Fresh Basil leaves
- 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup Cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Grated pecorino
- 1 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
- 1/3 cup Pine nuts
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Prepare the pesto sauce by placing the basil, pine nuts, garlic, salt, and oil in the food processor. You don’t need to grind it a lot, but you do need to get an emulsified sauce.
Once the ideal texture is achieved, we add half the grated Parmesan cheese and the pecorino, we save the remaining cheese to decorate the dish, but you can add it completely to the sauce if you prefer. We take out the Spalmghetti and wash them with a little water and drain very well. Put them in the serving dishes and pour the sauce, mixing very well. Serve and decorate with Parmesan and basil leaves.
