Spalmghetti with Alfredo Sauce and Ham
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can Spalmghetti
- 1 cup Low-fat heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 oz Chopped ham
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Oregano
In a saucepan add the unsalted butter with the chopped ham. Stir and add slowly the low-fat heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Once everything is mixed, let it boil for about 5 minutes so that the flavors are integrated. We remove the Spalmghetti and wash them with a little water and drain very well, put them in a pan and combine the sauce with the Spalmghetti until they are completely mixed, serve on plates and decorate with a few oregano leaves.
