Spalmghetti with Alfredo Sauce and Ham


  • 1 can Spalmghetti
  • 1 cup Low-fat heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 oz Chopped ham
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Oregano


  •  In a saucepan add the unsalted butter with the chopped ham. Stir and add slowly the low-fat heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Once everything is mixed, let it boil for about 5 minutes so that the flavors are integrated. We remove the Spalmghetti and wash them with a little water and drain very well, put them in a pan and combine the sauce with the Spalmghetti until they are completely mixed, serve on plates and decorate with a few oregano leaves. It is a unique, delicious, and healthy recipe, with great nutritional value and indisputable flavor. You can accompany them with meat and chicken, or even if you prefer it with whole-wheat toast which is the ideal crispy touch.
