Spalmghetti with red sauce
- 1 can Spalmghetti
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ cup Chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Fresh chopped Basil
- 2 tbsp Dry oregano
- 1 cup Tomato puree
- 2 cloves garlic minced
To make the red sauce, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat in a large saucepan, add the minced garlic and once is soft and changed color, add the tomato puree. We continue with the preparation of the red sauce allowing the puree to boil, add the basil and oregano. Pour the chicken broth and add a little water if needed, so that there is a thick sauce. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and let it cool slightly.
Remove the Spalmghetti from the can and wash them with a little water, let them drain, then place them in a pan and cover them with the sauce. Next, we take it to the oven at 350° F for 10 minutes to give it the final touch.
The Spalmghetti in red sauce is a good accompaniment for meat or chicken. A healthy special dish to enjoy at any time with the family
