Spalmghetti with spinach cream
- 1 Can SPALMGUETTI
- 1 Can heavy cream
- 2 cup spinach
- ½ cup diced onion
- ½ tsp chopped garlic
- 1 Tsp butter
- 1 diced tomato with olive oil and chopped garlic (optional)
You put in a pan heat the butter, onion and garlic. Then you add the spinach, when it wilts you add the milk cream and let it reduce a little.
In a food in processor, mix spinach and cream until blended.
Put the mixture into the pan and add the spalmguettis to turn green.
Then you serve it with the chopped tomatoes and Parmesan cheese
