GLUTEN-FREE SPINACH CREAM SPAGHETTI WITH SPALMGHETTI NOODLES

INGREDIENTS  

  • 1 Can JEGO | SPALMGUETTI, drained
  • 2 Cup heavy cream
  • 2 Cup Fresh Spinach
  • ½ Cup diced onion
  • ½ Tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 Tsp butter
  • 1 Cup tomato, chopped
  • Chopped garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium pan, melt butter, add onions and garlic until brown. Then add the spinach, cook for a couple minutes. Finally add the heavy cream, let it reduce a little. Let it rest.

In a food in processor blend the spinach cream completely. Pour the mixture into the pan, at a medium heat. Combine with Heart of Palm noodles.  Serve and top with chopped tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.
