Palmsticcio with Humita


  • 2 can sweet corn
  • 1 onion minced
  • ½ Butter stick
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella
  • Salt and pepper


In a pan, melt the butter, add the onion until it cooks a little. Add flour, expected to be one with butter and then you add the milk. When it thickens a bit, you put the cans of corn without the liquid and the Parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
On a lasagna pan, layer Palmsticcio, corn filling, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese until you reach the edge of the pan.
Bake at 400F until golden brown. About 30 min
