Tuna Poke Bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of Jego® tuna in olive oil

  • Rice

  • Avocado, cucumber, and carrot

  • Soy sauce

INTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare the rice and chop the vegetables.

  2. Place the tuna on top of the rice and add the vegetables.

  3. Drizzle with soy sauce.


Dressing for the Salad:

  • 2 tbsp white vinegar

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • Carrot and onion (to taste)

Tip: Soak the chopped onion in ice water for a few minutes to soften its flavor.
